10.Common Stock The following transactions occurred during the six months ended June 30, 2018: Compensatory Shares During the six months ended June 30, 2018, the Company issued 7,500 shares to a privately held investor relations firm in exchange for investor relations services. The aggregate market value of the stock issued was $12,150. Restricted Stock Units During the six months ended June 30, 2018, the Company issued 11,825 shares resulting from the vesting of restricted stock units (“RSUs”).
