14. Subsequent Events Legal Proceedings On October 1, 2020, the Chancery Court granted an unopposed motion to dismiss the Stahlman action, but retained jurisdiction for the limited purpose of deciding any fee application should that become necessary. On October 8, 2020, the plaintiff filed a notice of voluntary dismissal of the Manes action in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
